The E3P is an open collaborative tool for a strong and connected energy efficiency community.
The E3P among other tasks facilitates the practical implementation of the Energy Efficiency Directive at national, regional and local levels, with data collection and analysis. The E3P also supports the exchange of experiences on practices, benchmarking, networking activities, as well as innovative practices.
