Safeguards and security

Nuclear safeguards are measures designed to ensure states do not use nuclear materials to develop weapons and that they comply with international non-proliferation treaties. JRC creates efficient and effective systems for safeguards and proliferation resistance of nuclear fuel cycle systems and for the security of nuclear/radioactive materials.
